Country Girl Deviled Ham Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 – 1 1/2 lbs ham diced finely
  • 3 hard boiled eggs diced finely
  • 2/3 cup dill pickle gherkins diced finely
  • 1/4 large red onion diced finely
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick California Style Garlic Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1 1/2 TBSP brown spicy mustard

Instructions

  • Start by dicing the ham and boiled eggs finely.
  • In a sealable plastic container, mix ham and eggs. Make sure the ham to egg ratio is to your liking.
  • Finely dice your gherkins and onion. Add those to the ham and eggs. Stir to combine.
  • Season mixture with salt, garlic pepper and cayenne. Stir to evenly distribute.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayo and mustard.
  • Pour mayo and mustard mixture over ham mixture. Stir to evenly combine.
  • Put the lid on the container and place in refrigerator to chill for at least an hour.
