Instructions
Start by dicing the ham and boiled eggs finely.
In a sealable plastic container, mix ham and eggs. Make sure the ham to egg ratio is to your liking.
Finely dice your gherkins and onion. Add those to the ham and eggs. Stir to combine.
Season mixture with salt, garlic pepper and cayenne. Stir to evenly distribute.
In a small bowl, mix mayo and mustard.
Pour mayo and mustard mixture over ham mixture. Stir to evenly combine.
Put the lid on the container and place in refrigerator to chill for at least an hour.
