Chocolate Shamrock Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 container vanilla frosting
  • Green gel food coloring
  • Clear Karo syrup
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place 1/2 container of vanilla frosting in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 10 seconds, stir and microwave for another 10 seconds.
  • Add green gel food coloring to frosting and stir to combine. Add food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  • Dip cookie halfway into colored frosting. Allow extra frosting to drip off the edge of cookie.
  • Place on parchment paper and allow frosting to set.
  • When frosting is completely set and dry, brush a line along edge of frosting with clear Karo syrup.
  • Immediately apply sprinkles to line of syrup. Allow to dry
