Peanut Butter Dog Treats
Hello! I really enjoy making treats for my 6 pack. They seem to enjoy me making them treats too! I like coming up with new flavors for them once in awhile. Yesterday I made a pretty basic peanut butter treat and flavored it with some beef broth.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup flaxseed
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup peanut butter
Ok. Let’s do this!
Preheat the oven to 350° F
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, oats and flaxseed.
Add beef broth and peanut butter. Mix well. The mixture will form a thick dough.
Form into a ball and turn out on a lightly floured surface.
Roll to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shape using a cookie cutter or the top of a glass.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway.
Cool completely, then keep in an airtight container for about one week.
